Dessert of Champions

December 16, 2010

The first "Dessert of Champions" was held on December 17th, 2010.  Students were nominated by teachers for creating a positive impact in the high school through character and community awareness.  The students and their families attended the banquet where they enjoyed dessert and received certificates from the teachers who nominated them.  We look forward to the second one this spring semester!

Welcome

Iroquois West High School has an enrollment of 275 students for the 2010-11 school year.  Students from five rural towns attend IWHS--Danforth, Crescent City, Gilman, Onarga, and Thawville.  We are a member of the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) and compete in the Sangamon Valley Conference.
