What a fun day! Only a couple days into school and we’re already in the floor running with FFA event after a FFA event. Today we went to the annual farm progress show in Decatur Illinois. We had a blast, all the kids had one challenge and it was to find an FFA Iroquois West alumni which included Beau Howe, Reka Ritzma, Court Leonard, And Sydney Yoder, and take a picture with them proving that they’ve met up. They also had to visit a college booth and another informational booth while touring the progress show. When getting feedback from all the students that participated, we heard nothing but good reviews and the fact that they had a blast. Seeing all the different aspects of FFA all put together in one spot with a bunch of different FFA chapters in agricultural leaders is something you’ll never understand until you actually get the chance to experience it. Thank you, Sandra Howe Brooke Wilms, Andy Johnson for making this possible for driving us and leading us in dedicator Illinois for the annual farm progress show

Ms. Evans' Geometry classes finished their review of solving multi-step equations with a heated round of Math Battleship (an Algebra 1 favorite from last year). - Aug 28, 2025 · Iroquois West Community Unit School District 10
